creative and hands-on Marketing Executive
who's ready to grow with us and bring fresh energy to our marketing efforts.


What You'll Do

As our Marketing Executive, you'll be the driving force behind how SRM Industrial Services connects with customers and the industry. You'll take ownership of a variety of marketing and creative tasks, including:

  • Managing and growing
    social media platforms
    (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
  • Keeping our
    website updated
    with engaging and relevant content
  • Developing
    marketing communications (MarCom)
    — newsletters, email blasts, and digital campaigns
  • Creating
    flyers, brochures, and other promotional materials
  • Assisting in
    photo and video shoots
    to capture our work and company culture
  • Supporting
    branding and event marketing
    initiatives
  • Collaborating with management to turn ideas into impactful marketing content


What We're Looking For

  • Diploma or Degree in
    Marketing, Mass Communication, Graphic Design, or related field
  • 1–3 years of marketing experience (startup or industrial experience a plus — but not required)
  • Proficient in
    Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
  • Strong understanding of
    social media trends and digital content creation
  • Great communication skills in
    English, Bahasa (additional language is a plus)
  • A
    self-starter
    who's creative, organized, and eager to take ownership
  • Bonus: Basic photography/videography skills
