Position: Marketing Executive

Salary range: MYR4,000 – MYR5,000

Working location: Iskandar Puteri Johor

Working day Mon - Fri

Working hours 8am to 6pm

Position Overview

The Marketing Executive is responsible for supporting the hospital's business growth through onground engagement, digital coordination, campaign execution, and strengthening relationships with GP clinics, insurance partners, corporate clients, and the community. This role requires strong initiative, good communication skills, and consistent follow-through to ensure marketing activities translate into patient referrals and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

· Conduct weekly visitation to GP clinics, insurance agencies/TPA panels to build rapport and maintain referral flow.

· Develop and implement a structured visitation plan focusing on new acquisition and reactivation of inactive clients.

· Foster long-term relationships to strengthen Kensington Hospital Johor's brand and referral.

· Assist in planning and executing marketing tasks, working closely with the Marketing Manager/BDAM to brainstorm concepts and deliverables.

· Coordinate and support health talks, community events, project launches, and event booths, ensuring smooth operation and professional representation.

· Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns (online & oƯline) and support content collection (photos and videos).

· Track, report, and escalate any complaints, bad reviews, or service feedback, ensuring prompt action and follow-up.

· Monitor competitive activities and provide strategic insights to the management.

· Prepare and present monthly marketing reports summarizing activities, outcomes, and KPIs.

· Compile visit logs, feedback, and follow-up actions to ensure full transparency in marketing reports

· Report all progress, follow-up, and outcomes to the HOD weekly.

· Prepare proposals, letters, and event documentation when required.

· Execute any additional and ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Management.

· Ensure compliance with job scope and KPI guidelines. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

· Minimum 15–20 visitations per week to panels, insurance partners, and GPs.

· Support the execution at minimum 1-2 marketing campaigns per month.

· Successful coordination of at least 2 events/health talks per month.

· Achieve monthly referral growth targets set by the department.

· Timely submission of weekly and monthly reports.

· Zero outstanding complaints without follow-up.

· Positive stakeholder feedback (GPs, agents, partners).

Requirements

· Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

· Minimum 2 years' working experience in marketing; healthcare experience is an added advantage.

· Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.

· Must be proactive, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

· Possess own transport and willing to travel for visitations.
