About the role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Senior Executive to join our dynamic team at PH World Property in Johor Bahru, Johor. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our diverse range of property offerings and enhance our brand visibility within the local market.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional advertising
  • Creating compelling content for our website, social media platforms, and other marketing collateral
  • Analysing market trends and customer behaviour to identify new opportunities and refine marketing strategies
  • Collaborating with the sales team to support lead generation and conversion efforts
  • Monitoring and reporting on the performance of marketing initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for improvement
  • Staying up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging marketing trends

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience for Executive and 5 years for experience for Senior Executive in marketing, with a strong track record of successful campaign execution
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and compelling messaging
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, content management, and data analytics
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box to develop innovative marketing solutions
  • Familiarity with the property industry and the local market would be an advantage
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
