Are you a dynamic and strategic sales and marketing professional passionate about driving growth in the education sector? We are seeking a Student Recruitment & Marketing Senior Manager to lead the planning and execution of high-impact marketing initiatives and student recruitment strategies for a well-established higher education institution in Johor.

This leadership role offers the opportunity to shape the institution's market presence, spearhead innovative campaigns, and collaborate with both local and international partners to achieve ambitious growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive, data-driven sales and marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and student enrolment locally and internationally.
  • Drive innovative branding, digital marketing, and cross-channel campaigns to strengthen institutional reputation.
  • Oversee student recruitment efforts through targeted initiatives such as roadshows, career fairs, and course previews.
  • Build and nurture strong partnerships with agents, educational institutions, and corporate stakeholders across Malaysia and overseas.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business strategies and enrolment forecasts.
  • Collaborate with academic leaders to align enrolment strategies with business goals and budget targets.
  • Manage departmental budgets, resources, and performance metrics effectively.
  • Report key performance insights and strategic recommendations to senior management and the Board.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in sales and marketing, ideally within the private education sector.
  • Proven success in achieving student recruitment and revenue targets.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Strong understanding of the education landscape and international student trends in Malaysia and the region.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing management tools.
  • Confident presenter and relationship builder, capable of engaging stakeholders across multiple levels.
