Our client is a Johor-based property developer and investment holding company, known for transforming reclaimed land into award-winning, master-planned communities. They are looking for a Marketing Manager to join them in Johor Bahru

Key Responsibilities

  • To assist Manager/Senior Manager in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing targets
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for property projects (digital and offline)
  • Responsible in create and manage marketing materials, advertisements, and promotional content to support property launches.
  • Plan and execute on-ground activities such as roadshows, events, and showroom promotions
  • Conduct market research to understand buyer behavior, competitor activity, and trends
  • Lead and coordinate the marketing team, set KPIs, and support sales collaboration
  • Monitor campaign performance, manage marketing materials, and prepare reports

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields; 5+ years of relevant experience accepted
  • Strong experience in property development and project marketing
  • Proficient in digital marketing, event planning, and campaign execution
  • Analytical with ability to track and optimize marketing performance
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office and design tools (e.g. Photoshop, Canva); own transport and willing to travel
