About the Role

We are looking for a data-driven and creative Assistant Marketing Manager (Performance) to lead our marketing strategy, oversee digital campaigns, and strengthen our brand presence across Singapore and Malaysia. The ideal candidate combines analytical skills with strong leadership and creative direction — ensuring every marketing investment delivers measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning

  • Develop and execute quarterly marketing plans aligned with company goals and sales targets.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
  • Set clear KPIs (ROI, CPL, CLV) and present regular performance reports to management.

2. Brand Management

  • Maintain brand consistency across all platforms with impactful and educational content.
  • Oversee brand identity, messaging, and tone to match different audience personas.
  • Manage creative direction for Meta and TikTok, ensuring optimal visuals and messaging styles.

3. Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and evaluate online/offline campaigns.
  • Manage creative ideation, copywriting, video script development, and editing.
  • Build and grow CRM communities (WhatsApp, Telegram, TikTok).

4. Digital Marketing

  • Lead digital marketing channels (social media, SEO/SEM, website, email, paid ads).
  • Manage KOL/KOC collaborations and sponsored campaigns for authentic brand exposure.
  • Monitor and optimize ad performance via Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, etc.
  • Liaise with platform representatives (Meta, TikTok) for campaign optimization.

5. Budgeting & Reporting

  • Prepare and manage the marketing budget.
  • Track campaign spending and ensure cost-effectiveness for every initiative.

6. Customer Service & Team Leadership

  • Supervise online customer service teams (SG: 2 members, MY: 4 members).
  • Conduct weekly meetings to analyze feedback, optimize chat flows, and improve conversions.
  • Update customer service reply SOPs and ensure alignment with marketing campaigns.

7. Content & Coordination

  • Plan and organize physical video shoots in Singapore (twice a month).
  • Attend monthly customer service meetings in Kuala Lumpur.
  • Support cross-market marketing once familiar with the brand (within 2–3 months).

8. Crisis & Reputation Management

  • Handle negative reviews, refund cases, or PR issues swiftly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with customer service/PR to maintain brand reputation across all platforms.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in performance or digital marketing.
  • Proven track record in managing paid media campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google).
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, team leadership, and creative problem-solving skills.
