The Marketing Assistant will support the marketing department in day-to-day coordination, preparation of marketing materials, product samples, competitor products sourcing, POSM logistics, and digital listing activities. This role is essential in ensuring smooth execution of marketing activities across events, exhibitions, retailers, distributors, and online channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing marketing materials for events, exhibitions, sponsorships, and promotional campaigns

  • Handle product sample requests from customers, sales team, and exhibition usage

  • Assist in sourcing competitor products, marketing materials, substrates, and benchmarking samples

  • Support internal reference library and data filing.

  • Assist in preparing POSM items such as product display board.

  • Coordinate replenishment requests from sales team and retail partners.

  • Maintain stock records for brochures, flyers, demo boards, POSM and freebies item.

  • Monitor stock levels and propose replenishment planning.

  • Assist with product listing uploads, description updates, image coordination and attribute checks.

  • Ensure data accuracy for SKU specs, safety sheets, claims, certifications and application photos.

  • Assist in summarizing monthly product sales performance.

  • Prepare simple charts or dashboard formatting for management review.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Business, or related field.
  • Basic understanding of both offline and digital marketing channels.
  • Good communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
  • Creative mindset with willingness to learn and support marketing initiatives.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM2,800.00 per month
