Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Senior Finance Manager who is a Chartered Accountant with strong experience in M&A, fundraising, and group-level financial management, ideally within a Singapore-listed environment. This role will be instrumental in driving corporate finance initiatives, ensuring robust governance, and supporting the company's growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Financial Leadership & Governance

  2. Oversee full spectrum of group financial management, including consolidation, reporting, compliance, and statutory requirements.

  3. Ensure adherence to Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and regulatory obligations for listed entities.

  4. Manage external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory stakeholders.

  5. Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)

  6. Lead end-to-end M&A processes including due diligence, financial modelling, valuation, structuring, and post-deal integration.

  7. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to assess potential investment opportunities and strategic partnerships.

  8. Prepare investment papers and present recommendations to senior leadership.

  9. Fundraising & Capital Management

  10. Support and lead fundraising initiatives such as equity financing, debt financing, and investor relations activities.

  11. Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, and investors.

  12. Drive capital allocation strategies and ensure optimal capital structure to support business growth.

  13. Strategic Business Partnering

  14. Provide financial insights, scenario analysis, and strategic recommendations to senior management.

  15. Support long-term planning, budgeting, and forecasting at group level.

  16. Develop financial frameworks to support growth initiatives and operational improvements.

  17. Internal Controls & Process Excellence

  18. Enhance internal controls, corporate governance, and risk management across the group.

  19. Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, reporting accuracy, and systems efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Chartered Accountant (CA / CPA / ACCA) is mandatory.
  • 8–12+ years of progressive finance experience, with strong exposure to corporate finance, M&A, and fundraising.
  • Experience in managing finance operations for a Singapore-listed company or equivalent regulatory environment.
  • Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership capabilities.
  • Ability to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
