Responsibilities:
  • Establish and manage the foundation's financial and reporting system
  • Handle budgeting, accounting, payments, tax filing, and donor receipts
  • Evaluate tax impacts and compliance issues in asset transfer planning
  • Assist in drafting 'Capital Preservation Fund Mechanism' and donation policies
  • Liaise with tax advisors, auditors, and trust consultants
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance (ACCA/MIA/CIMA preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in finance and taxation (NGO or trust experience preferred)
  • Familiar with Malaysian tax laws and charity regulations
  • Experience handling multi-currency accounts and fund management is a plus
