Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a small finance team to deliver timely and accurate financial reports.
  • Oversee full sets of accounts, consolidation, budgeting, taxation, and audit matters.
  • Monitor business unit performance and provide insights to support management decisions.
  • Manage working capital and cash flow to ensure financial stability.
  • Drive finance transformation initiatives, including process enhancements and system implementation.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization.
  • Present financial updates and insights to senior management and board committees.
  • Build strong working relationships across departments and regional entities.

Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with at least 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong technical expertise in full sets of accounts, FP&A, and financial reporting.
  • Hands-on and proactive in resolving financial and accounting issues.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial systems; experience with Oracle NetSuite is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines.
