We are seeking a seasoned finance professional with strong manufacturing industry experience to take full responsibility for our financial management. The role covers accounting, taxation, internal and external audits, financial analysis, and strategic support to ensure regulatory compliance and sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee full-spectrum financial operations, including accounting, cost control, inventory management, and cash flow.
- Lead tax planning and compliance to optimize the company's tax structure.
- Direct internal and external audits, strengthening internal controls and risk management.
- Prepare financial statements, and provide budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial insights to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of finance management experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and audit procedures.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, with strong attention to detail and strategic thinking abilities.
