About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Finance Manager to lead the group's financial reporting, consolidation, budgeting, and compliance functions. The ideal candidate must be strong in financial consolidation and capable of managing multi-entity financial structures with precision and accountability. This role carries high visibility and works closely with senior management to support strategic financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Consolidation (Core Requirement)


• Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial

statements.


• Manage intercompany eliminations, group adjustments, minority interests, and foreign

currency translation.


• Review subsidiary submissions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely reporting.


• Provide group-level financial analysis, variance review, and insights for management.

Group Reporting & Analysis


• Prepare management reports, forecasts, and performance reviews.


• Conduct financial analysis for subsidiaries and business units.


• Strengthen the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of group financial governance.

Budgeting & Forecasting


• Lead the group budgeting and forecasting cycles.


• Consolidate individual budgets into a unified group framework.


• Support scenario planning and financial modelling for strategic decisions.

Compliance, Audit & Governance


• Ensure compliance with MFRS/IFRS and internal accounting policies.


• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities.


• Enhance internal controls, SOPs, and documentation standards across the group.

Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement


• Lead and mentor finance team members across multiple entities.


• Collaborate closely with senior leadership, operations, procurement, HR, and cross-

functional teams.


• Support corporate initiatives, financial improvement strategies, and governance

requirements.

Requirements


• Degree in Accounting/Finance; ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, MICPA or equivalent professional

qualification preferred.


• Minimum 5–8 years of working experience, preferably in a group or multi-entity

environment.


• Strong technical competency in financial consolidation, group reporting, and accounting

standards.


• Proficient in ERP/NAV systems, financial modelling, and advanced Excel.


• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.


• Strong discipline, integrity, and ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
