We are currently expanding and seeking a highly competent and motivated Account & Finance Manager to join our growing team.  We invite ambitious individuals who are keen to progress in their professional journeys to join our dynamic and thriving organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations across all business segments
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow statements
  • Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Monitor internal controls and ensure compliance with statutory requirements, accounting standards, and company policies
  • Coordinate and liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and other external stakeholders
  • Provide strategic financial insights to support business decisions and long-term planning
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounts team
  • To prepare Income Tax and Deferred Tax Computation.

  • To draft Audited Financial Statement.

  • Assist in Cash flow Reporting, Budgeting, Tax planning, Compliance with Risk Management and other exceptional reporting for Property Developer and Trading.

  • With full set account experience in property developer companies is an added advantage
  • Any other duty as and when assigned from time to time by the superior.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
  • Professional certifications (e.g. CPA, ACCA, MIA) are highly preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
  • Experience handling multi-industry finance operations is an added advantage
