  • Hands-on involvement in month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, adjustments, and preparation of supporting schedules to meet strict reporting deadlines.
  • Timely preparation and analysis of monthly management reports
  • Responsible for handling the full spectrum of accounting, cash flow, treasury, taxation and management reporting functions
  • Responsible for e-invoicing compliance
  • Review tax information packs prepared by the team and assist with the preparation of tax computation and submission of annual tax filings.
  • Review monthly SST and Withholding Tax (WHT) submissions and ensure timely payments in compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Support the preparation of audited financial statements. Act as the primary liaison with external auditors, ensuring all required documentation and information are provided promptly. – prepared supporting docs
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax agents and other statutory bodies/authorities to ensure compliance with audit, taxation and statutory requirements – experience n intern
  • Assist the Finance Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the finance and accounts department.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Finance Manager as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5, RM6,000.00 per month
