  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to increase enrollment and promote our centers and preschools.
  • Generate creative marketing ideas and concepts that align with our brand and target audience.
  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, including planning, budgeting, content creation, and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with the internal team, including the operation team, to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with enrollment goals.
  • Utilize various marketing channels, including digital platforms, social media, email marketing, print media, and events, to reach prospective parents and students effectively.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing techniques to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate with the creative team to develop engaging and visually appealing marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, videos, and website content.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3 years) in marketing, preferably in the education sector or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices, with a track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Demonstrated creativity in generating innovative marketing ideas and campaigns.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing techniques and platforms, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and SEM.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive data-informed marketing decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with design software is preferred.
  • Passion for the education sector and a genuine interest in contributing to the growth and success of educational institutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4, RM5,500.00 per month
