About the role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team at Lotus Laboratory Services (M) Sdn Bhd. As a key member of our Marketing & Communications department, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and business growth. This full-time position is based in Johor Bahru, Johor.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our products and services
  • Crafting engaging content for various marketing channels, including direct visit, social media, website, and otherss
  • Analysing market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
  • Collaborating with the sales team to align marketing efforts and support lead generation
  • Managing and monitoring marketing campaigns, tracking performance, and optimising for maximum impact
  • Staying up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging marketing technologies
  • Providing recommendations and insights to the management team to enhance our marketing approach

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably within the laboratory services or a related industry
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • A self-motivated and proactive approach, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
