About the Role

We're looking for a
Senior Marketer
who can bridge
technology and trust
— turning AI innovation into stories that inspire hospitals, caregivers, and families to embrace smarter care.

You'll lead marketing initiatives that shape understanding and confidence in AI healthcare solutions (B2B), and later extend your creativity to our B2C products for senior living and home care.

This role combines
strategy, creativity, and data-driven execution
— perfect for someone who's passionate about purpose-led technology and wants to make a real impact in healthcare.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and execute
    marketing strategies and campaigns
    for SmartPeep's AI healthcare solutions.
  • Create impactful content and materials
    across digital and offline channels, aligned with the customer journey.
  • Manage SmartPeep's website (Webflow)
    , social media, and digital presence to strengthen storytelling and brand trust.
  • Plan and execute events, webinars, and exhibitions
    that showcase healthcare innovation.
  • Use analytics and CRM tools
    (Google Analytics, Meta, LinkedIn, HubSpot/Zoho) to track performance and refine campaigns.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
    to identify opportunities and guide messaging.
  • Collaborate and mentor
    junior marketers and designers to achieve impactful outcomes.

What We're Looking For

  • 4–7 years of experience in
    B2B marketing
    , preferably in
    health-tech, AI, or healthcare sectors
    .
  • Excellent
    English writing, storytelling, and presentation
    skills.
  • Hands-on expertise in
    digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and campaign management
    .
  • Proficient with
    Webflow, CRM systems, and analytics dashboards
    .
  • Strong
    strategic, analytical, and creative
    mindset.
  • Event and webinar marketing
    experience.
  • Independent, proactive, and collaborative.
  • Mandarin proficiency
    is a plus.
  • Passion for
    healthcare, senior care, and technology that makes a difference
