About the role

As a Marketing Manager at AGGREGATE PI BIZ MANAGEMENT', you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of effective marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition for our dynamic and growing business. Based in Johor, this full-time role will see you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create and implement integrated marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results.

What you'll be doing

  1. Developing and executing marketing plans and campaigns to support the overall business objectives
  2. Creating engaging content across various digital and traditional channels, including social media, website, email, and events
  3. Analysing marketing performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimise campaigns
  4. Collaborating with the sales team to align marketing efforts and support lead generation
  5. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform marketing strategies
  6. Managing marketing budgets and resources effectively
  7. Identifying and implementing new technologies and tools to enhance marketing capabilities

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the Marketing Communications industry
  2. Proven track record of developing and executing successful integrated marketing campaigns
  3. Strong analytical and data-driven mindset to measure and optimise marketing performance
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly
  5. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, SEO, and email marketing
  6. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  7. Creative and innovative thinking to develop unique and impactful marketing solutions
