Operational strategy

  • To implement relevant policies, activities, procedures as required by the property development system.

  • To oversee the overall sales & marketing function and activities of the development projects with the aim of achieving the Group's sales objectives and provide high levels of quality service to continuously position the Group as a market leader in property development.

  • Conduct relevant research and trend analysis in order to ensure the project's market competitiveness, best pricing strategies, appropriate marketing & sales strategies and formulation of new & effective marketing plans to meet the Group's expectations.

  • To provide sufficient manpower for sales duties, launches, special events and exhibitions.

  • To ensure annual sales targets are met.

  • To attend to feedbacks/comments from purchasers during sales.

  • To ensure that sales data and reports are updated timely.

  • Develop strong product differentiation through market research and benchmarking.

  • Able to build, lead and motivate a team of competent personnel for sales & marketing.

  • Responsible for the development of marketing & promotional materials in line with individual project's marketing plan and activities.

  • To continuously build and promote Mah Sing Group's brand name and is responsible in the branding exercise of the Group as well as for the individual projects within the Group.

  • To ensure all marketing collaterals in line with marketing concept and meet customer's needs and expectation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM8, RM12,000.00 per month
