The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing the company's overall marketing strategy. This role strengthens brand awareness, drives demand generation, and ensures all marketing initiatives align with the company's vision and business objectives. The Marketing Manager must balance strategic planning with hands-on execution, ensuring brand consistency across all channels while achieving measurable ROI from marketing investments.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Brand Management
Develop annual and quarterly marketing strategies with clear, actionable plans.
- Maintain and elevate brand positioning to align with corporate values.
Establish and refine brand guidelines, visual identity systems, and supervise compliance across all marketing materials.
Market Research & Data Analysis
Conduct regular industry trend analysis, competitor research, and customer insight studies.
- Build and maintain market databases, providing strategic reports for leadership decision-making.
Monitor KPIs and ROI of marketing activities, optimize resource allocation and budget usage.
Digital Marketing & Communications
Oversee integrated digital campaigns including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, website content, and video marketing.
- Manage online advertising, influencer collaborations, and PR initiatives.
Track performance metrics across platforms, optimize campaigns to improve lead generation and conversion rates.
Content & Event Management
Guide content teams in creating compelling brand stories, copywriting, visuals, and multimedia materials.
- Plan and execute product launches, wellness seminars, experiential events, and trade exhibitions.
Develop educational content (brochures, manuals, online learning resources) to strengthen customer loyalty.
Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Lead the marketing team by setting goals, assigning tasks, and conducting performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Production teams to align marketing with business objectives.
- Manage external partners (agencies, PR firms, media platforms) to maximize value from collaborations.
Budget & Resource Management
- Develop and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Prepare regular reports on budget usage and marketing performance for management review.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in wellness, technology, premium consumer goods, or lifestyle industries is preferred.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of integrated marketing communications (IMC) and digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO, CRM platforms).
- Solid expertise in market research, data analysis, and strategic planning.
- Excellent writing and communication skills in English/Mandarin; ability to craft high-quality brand messaging and reports.
