Sales & Marketing Manager

**Team Leadership & Sales Management**
1) Lead, supervise, and coach the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
2) Provide training on product knowledge, sales techniques, customer engagement, and after-sales service expectations.
3) Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and assist in closing complex sales deals.
4) Drive a customer-centric approach, building long-term relationships and brand loyalty
**Sales Planning & Execution**
1) Develop monthly sales plans with clear objectives, target customers, timelines, and sales strategies.
2) Execute sales strategies to achieve machine sales targets and expand market presence.
3) Support the team in securing machine orders, especially in overseas markets.
4) Manage key accounts and partner relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
**Marketing Collaboration & Brand Development**
1) Work closely with the marketing team to:
a) Develop and refine marketing strategies that generate leads and build brand awareness.
b) Propose and support digital marketing campaigns, product promotions, and events that drive interest.
c) Create customer education materials (e.g., brochures, videos, FAQs) to support the sales process.
d)Provide market feedback to improve marketing content and positioning, especially for overseas markets.
2) Contribute ideas for market outreach, including identifying potential markets, customer segments, and sales channels.
3) Promote after-sales service (maintenance packages, chemical supply, spare parts) as a value-added selling point.
**Customer Data & CRM (Customer Relationship Management)**
1) While a formal CRM system is not currently in place, implement an interim customer tracking system (e.g., spreadsheets, shared databases) to monitor:
a) Sales leads and follow-up status
b) Customer interactions, feedback, and communication records.
c) Team activities and sales pipelines
2) Coordinate with management to evaluate future CRM system options and prepare for future CRM integration.
3) Provide regular customer engagement and sales reports, highlighting key leads, conversion progress, and challenges.
**Licensee Engagement & Support**
1) Build and maintain strong relationships with licensees, ensuring they understand and comply with licensing terms and brand standards.
2) Support licensees by providing sales and marketing guidance.
3) Collaborate with the Customer Service Manager and Admin Team on licensing fee collection (they will handle the collection process).
4) Address feedback or operational issues from licensees, escalating major concerns to management.
5) Maintain accurate and confidential records of disciplinary actions, investigations, and outcomes.
**Partnerships with Companies & Factories**
1) Develop and maintain partnerships with companies and factories, offering staff discounts to drive car wash volume at outlets.
2) Monitor the impact of these collaborations on customer volume and outlet performance.
3) Ensure partner companies achieve agreed car wash volume targets.
4) Laise with government department such as JTK, IR, SOCSO and Immigration.
**Overseas Sales Expansion**
1) Research and identify potential international markets and partners for machine sales.
2) Develop basic market entry plans (target countries, customer profiles, pricing strategies)
3) Build a strong pipeline of overseas leads and follow up regularly.
4) Collaborate with marketing to tailor materials and campaigns for overseas audiences.
5) Support the team in closing international sales opportunities.
**After-Sales Service Promotion**
1) Work with the Field Service & Project Manager and Customer Service teams to promote the company’s after-sales service offerings (machine maintenance, chemicals, spare parts)
2) Ensure customers understand the long-term value of partnering with the company for their car wash needs.
3) Help position the company as a full-service solution provider, not just a machine seller.
Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
**Education**:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Sales & Marketing Manager: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- Mandarin (preferred)
