**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
- Keeping a record of restocking the store accordingly. To ensure goods materials or part movements are properly recorded in incoming/outgoing logbook and in computer system (ERP).
- Ensuring that the store is keep clean and organized.
- To assist periodical stock count and physical monthly stock check.
- Perform read and other relevant activity and assist in receiving part from all supplier.
- Maintain stock levels by checking and record stock on hands.
- To ensure all materials handling equipment are properly handled and maintained.
- Issue purchase order to supplier and confirm quantity ordered, price are correct and delivery date to ensure production receive by on time.
- Record and check all delivery part to customer properly and on time delivery.
- Implementing and maintaining systematic procedures/administrative systems.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Good computer (Windows and MS Office) and english communication skills.
- Organizational, analytical, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Female only.
Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
