We are seeking a responsible and organized Admin/Clerk to manage tooling, receiving activities, and related documentation in our precision manufacturing facility. The role involves handling process paperwork, maintaining tool records, and supporting production and quality teams with accurate documentation flow.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and record all tooling transactions, including issue, return, and stock updates.
- Handle incoming goods receiving — verify quantity, specifications, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records for tooling, consumables, and received materials.
- Prepare and file documents such as job travelers, delivery orders, purchase orders, and inspection reports.
- Support production and quality departments with process documentation and traceability requirements.
- Ensure all paperwork is properly organized, filed, and updated in the system.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for tool replenishment or material discrepancies.
- Assist with inventory checks and documentation audits when required.
