- To ensure all documents are administered properly, file systematically for easy retrieval and maintain up-to-date information in files as necessary.

**; Requirements: - Job Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree in Secretarial / Business Management / Business Administration or equivalents
- Minimum 3-5 years working experience in the related field
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills to enable professional interaction
- Pleasant personality, independent and resourceful person
- Fluent in written and spoken in English and Mandarin language
- Able to multitask, meet tight deadline and work in a fast-paced environment
