**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Report Generation**:

- Create and maintain various reports, including sales reports, inventory reports, and financial reports.
- Analyze data and present findings in a clear and organized manner.

**2. Stock Counting**:

- Regularly conduct stock counts to ensure accurate inventory levels.

**3. Receipt Handling**:

- Receive, record, and organize incoming deliveries and shipments.
- Verify the accuracy of received goods and update inventory records.

**4. Office Organization**:

- Maintain a well-organized and tidy office environment.
- Order and manage office supplies as needed.

**5. Administrative Support**:

- Provide general administrative support to various departments.
- Assist with tasks such as filing, data entry, and responding to inquiries.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in administrative or clerical roles is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
