**UCT** is looking for a talented **Cost accountant** to join us in **Malaysia**

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the all aspect of cost accounting work including standard cost update, variances analysis, intercompany profit elimination, revenue cut-off testing and other month-end close tasks.
- Handle weekly and monthly reporting for sales and booking analysis.
- Preparing monthly inventory reconciliation, open production order aging report & inventory aging report, commission report, sales reconciliation, customer and vendor consigned inventory
- Conducts cycle count audit and physical verification of warehouse inventory and production order
- Prepare weekly GP & Sales Margin report
- Support quarterly and yearly audits
- Handle ad hoc requests from business partners

**Educational/Certification Requirement**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / ACCA

**Experience Requirement**:

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing MNC
- Hands-on experience with ERP system; SAP is a plus
- Good knowledge and working experience in SOX audit requirement
- Familiar with local accounting taxation and audit compliance
