Reporting to Head of Department /Asst Manager /Technical Executive of B&D
- To assist the Technical Executive in preparing feasibility study on part proposal and quotation under special project for further development.
- To assist Technical Executive/HoD ini auto part development activities.
- To assist in evaluating existing and new local supplier through quality process audit.
- To follow the procedure, process flow and documentation according to TS16949 or customer requirement during the project development e.g. APQP, FMEA, PPAP etc.
- To assist the Technical Executive / HoD in the making of quality documentation such as S.O.P, Inspection jig, and Assembly jig.
- To supervise, guide and monitor respective functions of subordinates.
- To assist in identifying, adapting and implementing method and system for the improvement of R&D's effeciency and availability.
- To assist in develop new products in order to diversify into other non-auto market.
- To involve in value added and value engineering (VA/VE) activities with the latest material and process technology.
- To follow up and ensure the progress of new project development of the company and liaise with customers, mold makers, material and child parts supplier to meet the project requirement as scheduled.
- To hold responsibilities pertaining to department's functions and objectives.
- Other tasks as determined by the HOD / Asst Manager / Technical Executive of B&D.
- Ensuring EHS Management System running smoothly according to OHSAS & ISO14001 Standard.
- Join Asaichi for 30 minutes on weekdays.
- Responsible as a Project Leader for development project.
- To compile lesson learnt from every project for future project to avoid occurance of the same mistake.
- To prepare part testing list & monitor product testing progress as per schedule.
- To prepare and check related cost tracking, Purchase Request and Payment Advise before proceed for approval.
- Follow-up mould maker to provide mould 2D & 3D data before final payment release.
- To assist Technical Executive in preparing MRM and BRM report for development project.
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
