**Description**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Technical Assistant Purchasing in the Automotive industry. As a Technical Assistant Purchasing, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient procurement of products and services for our organization. You will work closely with the purchasing team to support the procurement process and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the procurement of materials, components, and equipment for our automotive manufacturing operations
- Research and analyze potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish relationships with vendors
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of materials to meet production demands
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and finance, to identify and resolve any purchasing-related issues
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, prices, and delivery dates
- Track and report key purchasing metrics, such as cost savings and supplier performance
- Stay current on industry trends and technological advancements to drive continuous improvement in the purchasing process

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong knowledge of procurement practices, contract negotiation, and vendor management
- Proficiency in using purchasing software and Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and work effectively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM2,200.00 per month
