**As a bolttech intern
You will have the opportunity to gain on-the-job experience and training, exposure to exciting opportunities including managing your own project. You will be embedded in a team working alongside some of our best SMEs. You will also be supported by our intern program which offers a structured learning experience.

You will be working with the Product team located in KL/ HK.

**You will have the opportunity to **
- Assisting digital or commercial product manager and participate in product development process, from ideation, concept and value proposition development to product discovery, product implementation and post launch monitoring.
- Co-ordinating and liaising with different internal stakeholders including Business Development Team, Pricing Team, wider Product Team, Legal team, Marketing Team etc., to drive product and business outcomes.
- Create product and value proposition, performing competitor analysis and identify gaps and opportunities in the market. Make recommendations of market positioning of own products.
- Assisting digital or commercial product manager in creating go-to-market strategy for product launches.
- Assisting digital or commercial product manager in collating, defining, and summarising business and product requirements and prepare customer documentations.
- Assisting digital or commercial product manager in measuring product success, mapping out product metrics as well as driving product optimisation and recommendation.

Participating in product and project lifecycle to ensure the deliverable meet business needs.

**What we are looking for **
- Someone who is adaptive - being in a fast-paced environment such as bolttech, you’ll need to have a flexible mindset in the face of change, who are comfortable with ambiguity.
- Someone who is a great communicator who practices active listening and has a good understanding of how different audiences require different styles of communication. Good communication and story-telling skills.
- Ability to synthesise and present complex analyses and data in a digestible format to different teams and stakeholders.
- A self-starter and quick learner who wants to learn more about start-up and corporate culture.
- Someone in their penultimate year who is interested in pursuing a career in product.
