**As a bolttech intern
You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our digital platform. This internship program offers an excellent opportunity for you to gain hands-on experience in the insurance industry and contribute to the development of our cutting-edge technology.

You will be working with the Product team located in Hong Kong.

- Assist the Product Owner in managing and maintaining the insurance policy service system, ensuring it meets the needs of our customers and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and business analysts, to gather requirements, prioritize tasks, and deliver system enhancements.
- Assist in the testing and quality assurance processes to ensure the reliability and accuracy of our insurance policy service system.
- Support the Product Owner in documenting system functionalities, user guides, and training materials for internal teams and end-users.
- Provide user support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve system-related issues and inquiries.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices, and provide recommendations for incorporating them into our insurance policy service system.

- Practical Experience: Gain hands-on experience in managing and improving a real-life insurance policy service system, working closely with a team of experienced professionals.
