To source and procure materials, works and services based on the specific requirement. - To verify of Purchase Requisition, Request and Evaluation (comparison) of quotations, negotiation with vendors (to obtain "value for money" without compromising the quality of the product /services), and issuance of Purchase Order / Works Order. - To ensure efficient delivery of the purchased item or services in meeting the targeted deadline of the organization. - To comply with the organization's standard policy and procedure and adaptive towards the established procuring system. - To continuously work towards improving the procurement system and processes. - To constantly update and assess Approved Vendor List and Cost Library. - To perform any other duties that may be assigned by the immediate superior / management from time to time. **Job requirement**: - Possess degree holder Business Admin / Economics or equivalent. - At least 10 years of experience in procurement and within the construction field. - Speak fluent English & Bahasa Malaysia. Chinese speaking will be an advantage. - Posses own transport and driving license. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Free parking - Maternity leave - Opportunities for promotion - Parental leave - Professional development
