Procurement Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing day to day purchasing activities by processing all purchase requests on time.
- Ensure that purchases are correctly invoiced, completed and deliver in timely manner.
- Identifying, evaluating and negotiate with suppliers in order to obtain the best price, quality and secure favorable terms.
- Facilitate and coordination with respective departments to align procurement activities with business needs.
- Secure cost-effective deals without compromising quality and delivery timelines.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and relevant regulations.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and purchasing process improvement.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the management from time to time.
Requirements
- Diploma/Advance diploma/Degree in business administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years working experience in procurement.
- Good negotiation and communication skills, strong interpersonal skill with high degree of integrity maturity, pleasant personality such as positive attitude, self-motivated, cautious, responsible and extrovert.
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, adaptable, proactive and results driven.
