Admin Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain up-to-date records of all drivers, including licenses, permits, certifications, and medical check-ups.
- Monitor expiry dates for documents (e.g., licenses, insurance) and coordinate timely renewals.
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes for new drivers, including documentation and orientation scheduling.
- Assist in preparing driver rosters, shift schedules, and assignment tracking in coordination with dispatch and operations teams.
- Compile and submit regular reports on driver performance, compliance, and department KPIs.
- Maintain and update records for ISO.
- Handle departmental correspondence, data entry, filing, and other general administrative duties.
- Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.
**Qualifications and Requirements**:
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
- Have 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in transport or logistics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
