Provide exceptional customer service by listening attentively to customer needs and offering tailored product recommendations.
- Demonstrate a deep knowledge of our products, including breast pumps, baby carriers, maternity wear, and more, while also educating customers on the benefits of each item.
- Build strong relationships with customers by providing them with valuable advice and solutions that address the unique challenges they face during pregnancy and parenthood.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing store environment, ensuring products are well-stocked, displayed correctly, and easy for customers to find.
- Assist with daily store operations, including inventory management, sales tracking, and maintaining store cleanliness.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in maternal and infant products, as well as Mamaway's new offerings.
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and returns in a professional manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Expected hours: 40 per week
