**Responsibilities**:
Knowledge in CNC programming and CNC machining.
Able to be operating of CNC milling machines.
Prepare CNC programming with CAD/CAM software, monitoring CNC programs and ensure accuracy of all instructions through comparison with drawing and design.Current working experience with SolidCAM will be added advantage.
Setting CNC programs for new products and determine new fixture for manufacturing.
Able to determine correct cutting tools in order to reduce machining times, remove additional operations, improve surface finishing and enhance accuracy levels.
Involves in continues improvement of the department for improvement process, cycle times, quality and costly.
To carry out other duties and ad-hoc assignment as and when required by superior.
Troubleshooting issues during the manufacturing process.

**Requirements**:
At least 3 to 5 years of CNC milling experience.
Familiar with Mastercam.
Ability to read, understand and interpret technical drawings.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
In-depth knowledge of computer numerically controlled machine tools, precision measurement devices.
Ability to work independently and closely follow directions is essential.
