SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

Team Lead for the Consolidation and Intercompany function under the Corporate Services Department supporting SG HQ. The Team Lead reports to the Corporate Services Department Manager and will be responsible for Consolidation and Intercompany tasks across the company.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee companywide monthly close consolidation functions. Maintain one or more accounting systems: Journal entries, General Ledger, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, Revenue Reconciliation, etc. Manages book balances and adjustments to eliminate intercompany accounts and transaction under US GAAP. Owns the provision of consolidations and intercompany audit requirements Ensures monthly intercompany elimination process is complete Ensures compliance to SOX Procedure in daily activities Owns the preparation of worldwide consolidation and intercompany reports Participates and leads projects and initiates process improvements for the team Drives team performance via use of tools such as coaching & feedback, results documentation, and counseling & mentoring May interpret reports and records for managers/stakeholders. May be involved in reviewing, tracking, and maintaining billing information in the financial systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with U.S. GAAP, IFRS and other accounting regulations. Oversee the setup of processes and procedures that properly capture, track and report affecting intercompany accounts. Complies the Environment, Health and Safety and Manufacturing Quality standards, rules and regulations at all times Performs other duties may be assigned by the Corporate Controllership Management

RELATED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL Graduate of BS Accountancy 6-8 years of experience in accounting in a multi-national environment Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized Able to handle multiple projects with the ability to budget time productively Strong Microsoft Excel skills Can work well at different levels of the organization Good written and oral communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast phase and dynamic environment
