- Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, timelines, and budgets.
- Team Coordination: Build and lead project teams, assigning tasks and responsibilities.
- Resource Management: Allocate and manage project resources effectively, including personnel, budget, and materials.
- Risk Assessment: Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
- Progress Monitoring: Track project progress, report on key performance indicators, and adjust plans as needed.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and regular communication with project stakeholders, ensuring alignment with objectives.
- Quality Control: Ensure that projects meet quality standards and compliance requirements.
- Project Closure: Conduct project evaluations, document lessons learned, and ensure a smooth transition to post-project operations.

Operations Management:
- Process Optimization: Analyze existing operational processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
- Resource Allocation: Allocate resources, including personnel and equipment, to support daily operations.
- Budget Management: Monitor and control operational budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Risk Management: Identify operational risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Team Supervision: Oversee daily operations teams, providing guidance and support.
- Vendor and Supplier Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
- Performance Metrics: Establish and track operational performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:
**Requirement**:

- Education: Minimum Bachelor Degree
- Background: Related experience in water treatment (RODI, ROEDI, UPW, WWTP) with minimum 5 years experience field involvement in varies industries such as pharmaceutical, medical, semiconductor and etc.
- Skill Set:
1. Basic AutoCAD
- 2. Microsoft Office
- 3. Microsoft project- Requirement:
1. Able to travel with own transport
2. Good communication skill
- 3. Good reporting and documentation practice- Added advantage: Experience in handling pharmaceutical and medical documentation.**English Level**:
**Other Language**:
Malay, Mandarin, English
