**JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
1. Sales & Revenue (80%)
- To achieve personal sales targets (locally controlled business) as set by DM, Sales & Marketing on an annual basis.
- To actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities in addition to managing allocated portfolio.
- Responsible for the sales process from initial point of contact (lead generation), presentations, and proposals through contract negotiations and execution.
- To develop and implement strategies and tactics to meet and, preferably, exceed annual revenue and sales targets
- To oversee the development and delivery of sales proposals and product/services presentations
- To provide senior management with relevant, quantified, and clear information relating to market activity
2. Support of Sales Function (20%)
- Execute sales strategy jointly with related departments to fulfil given growth targets.
- Support area/ country in creation of sales target list and pricing issues
- Provide bid support to area/country and corporate tender management
**B. MAJOR CHALLENGES**
- To consistently meet the expectation of the management in terms of achieving agreed sales KPI
- Fulfilling day-to-day requirements while at the same time
- To work closely with the operational team, customer service, other managers & department; utilize relationships to ensure that SOPs are met.
- Providing support to the development and start-up of “New Businesses” as the need arises.
- Facilitate strategic partners' resources to assist in the sales process.
**C. KPI**
- 3 months’ probation but the company reserve the right to review & extend the probation period
- Sales targets will be addressed separately under yearly basic.
- **Requirement to pass probation.**_
i. To cover total cost (basic salary x 1.5) on 3rd month with the company
ii. 4th month onwards, total sales GP need to exceed the total cost
**JOB REQUIREMENT**
- Diploma/Degree or above in Business Management / Supply Chain / Logistics Management or other related disciplines preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in the Supply Chain, Freight Forwarding industry.
- Have experience with business development and accounts management in Integrated Supply Chain Solutions with expertise in freight services.
- A Minimum 2 years of working experience in sales & marketing with proven track record.
- Outgoing disposition, articulate, customer-oriented, and highly self-driven to excel.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to engage customers at senior management levels.
- Good negotiation skills and value-based selling skills.
- Strong ability to persuade, motivate and influence others.
- Computer literate and competent in MS Office suite of products.
- Must have knowledge in freight management/ import/ export and local customs requirements.
- Must process own car with a valid driving license.
**Salary**: RM6,500.00 - RM7,400.00 per month

- 13th month salary
