**Job Title: ERP Consultant | 5 days | Up to MYR4,500 | Subang Jaya | AH**

**Position: ERP Consultant**

**Salary: MYR3,400 - MYR4,500**

**Working location: Subang Jaya**

**Working day Mon - Fri**

**Working hours 9am to 6pm**

**Overview**:
Implementing and optimizing system solutions for our clients.

Leveraging your expertise in business processes and the system platform

Work with clients to understand their operational needs, configure system modules, and ensure successful deployment.

Require a deep understanding of accounting principles, business operations and system functionality.

**Responsibilities**:
Requirement analysis: Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements.

Conduct thorough analysis of business needs to recommend system solutions.

Implementation: Configure systems modules such as O2C, P2P, Supply chain, and Manufacturing to meet client requirements.

Customize forms, records, and workflows to align with business processes.

Integration: Collaborate with technical consultant to ensure seamless integration with other systems.

Develop and implement data migration strategies.

Training and Support: Provide training to end-users on system functionality and best practices.

Create user documentation and support materials.

Quality Assurance: Conduct testing of system configuration to ensure accuracy and reliability.

Perform system audits to maintain data integrity.

System Optimization: Analyze system configurations and recommend optimizations.

Stay informed about system updates and new features to provide ongoing improvements.

Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation of configurations, customizations, and integrations.

Maintain up-to-date documentation for future reference and knowledge transfer.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, accounting, or related field.
- Proven experience as a functional consultant, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and business processes
- In-depth knowledge of system modules and configuration options.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem solving and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
- NetSuite certification is a plus.
- No experience is are welcome to apply.

Pay: RM3,400.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
