**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ensure strict execution of company policies, procedures, and service standards
- Have full knowledge of all menu items, daily features, and promotions
- Good customer service
- Serve food & drinks
- Operate Cashier / POS system
- Make drinks (if needed)
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas, utensils, and equipment.
- Ensuring that health and safety regulations are followed.
- Perform any other duties in general operational functions and ad-hoc assignments.

- Memastikan pelaksanaan dasar, prosedur, dan standard perkhidmatan syarikat yang ketat
- Mempunyai pengetahuan penuh tentang semua item menu, ciri-ciri harian, dan promosi
- Perkhidmatan pelanggan yang baik
- Hidangkan makanan & minuman
- Mengendalikan sistem Juruwang / POS
- Buat minuman (jika perlu)
- Memastikan kebersihan dan penyelenggaraan semua kawasan kerja, perkakas, dan peralatan.
- Memastikan peraturan kesihatan dan keselamatan dipatuhi.
- Melaksanakan apa-apa tugas lain dalam fungsi operasi am dan tugasan ad hoc.
