**Key Responsibilities**

**- Assisting in Campaign Execution**: Support the creation, planning, and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to increase ridership and enhance the company’s brand image.

**- Content Creation**:Assist with writing, editing, and designing marketing materials, including brochures, social media content and sales decks.

**- Social Media Management**:Help manage the company’s social media accounts by scheduling posts, responding to inquiries, monitoring engagement, and brainstorming creative content ideas.

**- Market Research**:Conduct market research to identify industry trends, and competitor activities, helping to inform marketing strategies.

**- Data Collection & Analysis**: Track and report on marketing metrics, such as campaign performance, and social media analytics.

**- Administrative Support**:Provide general administrative assistance to the marketing team, including maintaining databases, organising files, and handling routine communications.

**- Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives.

**Qualifications**
- A degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, or a related field
- 1 - 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or social media management preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and experience with graphic design software (Canva, Adobe) is a plus.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas for content and campaigns.

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
