**Position Title**:
Marketing Assistant - Automobile

**Reports To**:
Marketing Executive / Marketing Manager

**Job Purpose**:
To support the marketing team in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns and promotional activities that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth for the company’s automobiles.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Marketing Campaign Support**:

- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, events, and roadshows.
- Coordinate advertising and promotional materials (brochures, banners, social media posts, videos).
- Support in managing online and offline marketing channels.
- **Digital & Social Media**:

- Assist in maintaining the company’s website and social media platforms.
- Post regular updates, promotions, and engaging content to increase followers and engagement.
- Monitor social media inquiries and forward leads to the sales team.
- **Market Research & Analysis**:

- Collect and analyze customer feedback, competitor activities, and market trends.
- Prepare simple reports to help the marketing team improve strategies.
- **Event Coordination**:

- Support in organizing car launches, exhibitions, roadshows, and customer engagement activities.
- Ensure promotional materials and vehicles are displayed according to brand standards.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Assist in maintaining marketing databases, contact lists, and promotional inventory.
- Handle documentation, filing, and other administrative duties for the marketing department.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media management is an advantage.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office; design/editing tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) are a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
