About the role

Rider Hub Motor (Borneo) Sdn Bhd, a leading provider of motorcycle repair and maintenance services, is seeking a talented Marketing & Design Assistant to join our dynamic team in Ipoh, Perak. This full-time position will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assisting in the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, print advertising, email marketing, and promotional materials
  2. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop compelling visual content, such as graphics, infographics, and video assets
  3. Maintaining and updating the company's website and social media platforms to ensure a consistent brand identity
  4. Conducting market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities to enhance the company's marketing initiatives
  5. Supporting the planning and coordination of events, product launches, and other marketing activities
  6. Providing administrative support to the marketing department as needed

What we're looking for

  1. Relevant diploma or degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field
  2. 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or design-related role, preferably in the automotive or service industry
  3. Strong proficiency in using design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Have video editing experience is a add on point.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively
  5. Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team environment
  6. Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies
  7. Passion for the motorcycle industry and a desire to contribute to the growth and success of the company
