1) Register and maintain chargeman certificate with Suruhanjaya Tenaga and/or other ruling authorities for building’s electrical chargeman registration at all time.

2) Plan, implement, monitor/supervise schedule preventive maintenance works of building’s generator(s), switch gears, capacitors, cables, wiring and other electrical apparatus/system incorporated with other building systems such as fire protection system, ACMV, pumps, lightings, earthing and other related systems within the building on regular basis (weekly, monthly or yearly basis)

3) To act, maintain and keep in proper order and repair and in a secure and safe condition the properties and all plant, equipment, and amenities and to clean, repair, decorate, maintain, renew, restore and improve properties.

4) To engage, commission, instruct, direct and discharge any contractor and/or consultant for day to-day operations, agreeing their terms of engagement and paying them for the services.

5) Troubleshooting works of any electrical breakdown/faults on the fire protection system, ACMV, pumps, lightings, earthing and other related systems within the building.

6) Responsible for the overall repair and maintenance of the premises, including fixtures and fittings, electrical, mechanical equipment, plumbing, etc

7) Ensure company assets are in good operating condition.

8) Prepare annual budget and control of the operating expenses.

9) Subject to call back as and when required to work, on off days and public holidays as instructed by management/manager.

10) Directly involved with maintenance crew or awarded contractor in repairing, servicing, upgrading and maintaining equipment as stated below:

- Air Conditioning system
- Fire Fighting and CO2 system - fire alarm panel, smoke spill fan, fire extinguisher, wet and dry equipment.
- Electrical equipment - single phase and three phase
- Low Voltage equipment
- Generator set system
- Domestic and commercial water pump system
- Grease trap, sewerage pipe line system, plumbing and water pipe line system
- Goods lift equipment
- CCTV system

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,400.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Shah Alam: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Maintenance: 3 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- A4 Chargemen License (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (preferred)
