Key Responsibilities: Despatch duties - Serving documents on a daily basis. - Despatch daily tasks on hand to the locations timely & accurately. - Make payment such as utility bills. - Deliver banking transactions. - Handyman. Assist in maintenance of company facilities. Conduct general upkeep procedures, eg. aircond cleaning/service, replacing of light bulbs etc. - Provide administrative assistance. - Willing to work Overtime when required. Driver duties - Perform other related office duties as and when required. - Responsible in providing transportation from/to airport, attend meeting & events and etc. - Read and interpret maps and driving directions to plan the most efficient route service. - Ability to drive a vehicle safely and appropriately. - Maintain the car cleanliness at all times. - Willing to work Overtime when required. Requirements - Applicant must possess valid car and motorcycle license with no previous/current JPJ/Police record. - Familiar with the road in KL and Selangor. - At least 3 years working experience in a related field. - Responsible, punctual & honest. - Willing to take on any ad-hoc duties assigned from superior from time to time. - Possess own motorcycle. - Dress up neat and tidy. - Willing to work on Saturdays (9am - 1pm).
