Job Purpose
- Responsible for providing safe, timely, and reliable driving services to the Group Executive Director, while assisting with general administrative and despatch duties when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the Group Executive Director to and from office, meetings, and official functions safely and punctually.
- Ensure the vehicle is always clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition.
- Perform regular vehicle inspection, maintenance, and servicing; report any issues promptly.
- Manage travel routes efficiently to ensure timely arrival, considering traffic and scheduling.
- Always maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Assist in delivering and collecting company documents and other items as instructed.
- Support simple office errands.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Group Executive Director.
Requirements
Qualification and Experience:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- Possesses a valid driving license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a professional driver.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
- Ability to always maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Punctuality and reliability with a flexible schedule to accommodate the Group Executive Director's needs.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays when required.
- Familiarity with basic vehicle maintenance tasks.
