**JOB DESCRIPTION**
**POSITION TITLE**:Admin cum HR Assistant
**JOB DUTIES**
- Maintain and upkeep proper filing and documentation
- Obtain quotation from suppliers and negotiate for best price
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary (eg; grocerries and stationeries)
- Ensure all invoices are accurate and submit to account for payment
- Summarize monthly purchase order in the system (Microsoft Excel)
- Maintening of office photocopy and plotter machine (eg; to do a basic check and troubleshooting before reporting issue to vendor and taking monthly meter reading for photocopy and plotter machine)
- Handling office equipments; e.g ( pendrive, laser pointer, label printer, batteries, first aid kit)
- Prepare and check on monthly timesheet for overtime claims and despatche’s claims
- Liase with all departments on any matter related to Admin (eg; namecards, rubber stamps, letterheads, envelopes, transmitters, cash voucher)
- Perform any other assisgnments instructed by immediate superior
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
**Education**:
- STM/STPM (preferred)
