We are looking for an HR Admin to support daily HR and administrative operations. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

About the Role:

As an HR Admin, you will assist in a range of human resources and office administrative duties, including employee documentation, filing, attendance tracking, recruitment, and general office support. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and has strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle employee records, onboarding, and documentation.
  • Maintain proper filing and organization of HR and company documents (physical and digital).
  • Update and maintain HR databases, attendance, and leave records.
  • Assist with recruitment tasks such as job posting, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-up.
  • Prepare HR-related letters (confirmation, warning, transfer, etc.).
  • Assist in organizing staff activities and employee engagement programs.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in HR or admin roles. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
  • Good knowledge of HR processes and Malaysian labour laws is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
