To undertake all computing, filing and labeling duties assigned by the Pharmacist and to carry out hi s/ her duties in accordance to the Standard operating procedures and instructions agreed by the Management.
- To screen, check and dispense medication with appropriate councelling based on prescriptions and ward requisition under supervision of Pharmacist and/or Pharmacy Assistant.
- To answer simple enquiries from healthcare personnel and patients on matters related to pharmaceutical items and pharmacy operational processes.
- To assist in individual ward dispensing duties.
- To assist in conducting regular stock checks.
- To assist in preparing, organizing and up-keeping of pharmacy documents.
- To assist Pharmacist to process and generate reports related to records in pharmacy department.
- To pre-pack bulky pharmaceutical supplies into smaller pack sizes.
- To collect and compile essesntial data.
- To maintain cleanliness of utensils, working tables and pharmacy environment.
- To perform overtime when the need arises.
- To assist in contributing ideas for continuos improvement in the work flow.
- Participate in and contribute towards quality improvement initiatives / programs / activities conducted at the department or Hospital level as assigned.
- To perform any duties as assigned by management from time to time.

**Job Requirements**
- Diploma in Pharmacy
- At least 1 year of experience in hospital pharmacy would be an added advantage.
- Good communication skills both written and spoken.
- Organized and methodical.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: From RM2,200.00 per month
