**Job Summary**:
The Receiving Clerk is responsible for accurately receiving, inspecting, and recording incoming shipments of materials, supplies, or products. This role ensures that all received goods meet company quality standards and are properly documented and stored in the warehouse. Ideal for fresh graduates who want to start a career in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy, quality, and condition.
- Verify items received against purchase orders, delivery notes, or invoices.
- Record and update all receiving data in the warehouse management system (WMS) or manual logs.
- Coordinate with the purchasing and inventory teams for discrepancies or damaged goods.
- Label, sort, and store materials in designated warehouse areas.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the receiving area.
- Assist in periodic inventory counts and stock audits.
- Ensure compliance with warehouse safety rules and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Support warehouse operations as needed (packing, dispatching, or inventory support).

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Basic understanding of warehouse processes and inventory management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and willing to learn warehouse systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Physically fit and able to lift or move boxes/materials as needed.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
